If you have paid a deposit within the past year and have not changed your payment card, the refund will be made to the original payment card. If you wish to have the refund sent to another account, you must provide new account details.

If you paid the deposit with a payment card that you have since replaced, or if the payment was made more than 1 year ago, you must provide your bank details to receive your deposit back
