When we process your personal data, we have adopted this privacy policy to explain what information we collect about you and what we use it for. We collect, process and store your personal data for specific purposes
We collect and use information about your name, address, phone number, email address, social security number, nationality and photos for the following purposes
– registration in our system for enrolment in language courses
– contact with municipalities
– issuing of diplomas
– marketing purposes
The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation
We also use your name and email to be able to get in touch with you.
We only disclose your data in these cases
Your personal data may be transferred to external partners who process the data on our behalf. These companies are data processors and only process data according to our instructions. The data processors may not use the data for any purpose other than fulfilment of the agreement and are subject to a duty of confidentiality. We have entered into written data processing agreements with all data processors that process personal data on our behalf.
Your data will not be disclosed to third parties unless we are obliged to do so by law or official order, or we have agreed this with you.
We delete your personal data when it is no longer necessary
We will delete your personal data when it is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which we collected it. Documentation and retention requirements under the Accounting Act mean that we must store any information about financial transactions for 5 years.
We protect your personal data and have internal rules on information security
We have adopted internal rules on information security that contain instructions and measures to protect your personal data from being lost or altered and from unauthorised access or knowledge.

You have a number of rights under the General Data Protection Regulation in relation to our processing of information about you, including:

Chatbot
On our website you will find a chat function developed by the chatbot provider KarlaChat. The chat function is designed to assist users like you in finding information on the website and create user-friendliness. To continuously improve the functions and capabilities of the system, data from conversations is saved. It is therefore recommended that you do not share sensitive personal information when interacting with the chat function.
