Who has to pay the deposit?
You must pay a deposit of DKK 2.000,- if you are self-supporting, i.e. an employee or student etc. Then you are an S-student. You are exempt from paying if you have a residence permit as an au pair.
You can get your deposit back if you pass the module within the time frame. If you do not pass the module within the time frame, you will lose your deposit and you will have to pay a new deposit if you want to continue to the next module.

You don’t have to pay a deposit if you’re on an integration programme. Then you are an I-student.

Get your deposit back
In order to receive your deposit back, please submit your request here.
We always try to use the fastest refund method by reimbursing the amount to your payment card, but your bank account details are usually required. Therefore, this information must always be provided.
