All FVU programmes are divided into levels of 40-60 lessons. Each level can be completed with an official level test. The test is not mandatory.
FVU at the company is organised based on the specific needs of the company. By including real-life texts, manuals, workflows and more examples from the workplace, the training can be a tool to solve specific difficulties.
FVU classes are taught by experienced, qualified teachers who have completed FVU training and training in Danish as a second language for adults.
FVU at the company improves employees’ linguistic or technical skills, which is an important parameter in employee retention.
FVU Danish is for employees who want to improve their Danish writing and reading skills
For example, employees who have difficulty formulating work emails, struggle with grammar and spelling or need help with reading/writing professional or academic texts.
FVU Danish consists of 5 levels: Start, 1, 2, 3 & 4.
FVU Mathematics is for employees who want to become better at handling situations in Danish where numbers are involved
For example, employees who need to read manuals, decipher figures, fill out forms, calculate prices, etc.
FVU Mathematics consists of 2 levels: 1 & 2.
FVU English improves employees’ ability to speak and understand English
At the higher levels, they also work on reading and writing.
For example, employees may need to be able to read instructions in English, orientate themselves on international websites or communicate across borders.
FVU English consists of 4 levels: 1, 2, 3 & 4.
FVU Digital is for employees who need to strengthen their digital skills in an increasingly digital labour market.
For example, employees who need practical experience with smartphones and computers or need an introduction to digital programmes, apps, intranets or digital self-service.
FVU Digital consists of 3 levels: 1, 2 & 3.
If you have a large number of employees, we offer to come to your company and assess the individual participants’ Danish level at your premises.
