Get better at assessing applicants' language skills - and make better recruitment choices
Many SOSU students have the formal qualifications, but not always the necessary language level to complete a vocational programme.
In this course, we equip training consultants to assess the language skills of applicants – and make informed recruitment choices.
The course gives you the tools to:
- Assess whether an applicant has the necessary language level to cope with school and training periods
- Use interview guides for job interviews
- Give constructive feedback when rejecting applicants
- Understand what it means to have Danish as a second language
- Communicate more clearly and supportively with learners of Danish as a second language
Objective:
To ensure that SOSU students are hired at the right time in their language development – and thus have the best chance of completing the programme.
The course has a duration of one day.
